4 times more customers in 9 months (from 319 to 1,214)

From 319 clients in January to 1214 clients in September, our client experienced four times the number of customers by leveraging Leader Online’s Digital Marketing MIX.

Leader Online invested in all digital marketing channels, maximizing the results.

The average net profit per client stands at 87 euros, while the cost per new client not only did not increase over the nine-month period but decreased from 13.84€ per new client in January to 8.3€ per new client in September.

Starting from early January, there was optimization in Google Ads Search, Google Ads Display channels, an enhanced advertising presence on Facebook, and SEO customization.

Continuous optimization of advertisements and the creation of high-value offers for clients, without compromising per-client profits, in collaboration with the client’s marketing department, resulted in a decrease in the average cost per client and an increase in the client base.

SEO and climbing to the first page of search results for 10 target keywords led to the creation of another strong sales channel that did not exist in January.

Thus, our client had 319 clients in January with a cost per client of 13.84€. Within a month, there was significant customization in advertising accounts, doubling the client base in February (568 clients) and halving the cost per new client (7.07€).

However, this was not enough, as our goal was the real growth of the company. A process of testing began to initially stabilize the doubling of turnover and then gradually increase it, reaching 843 clients in August, during a period of seasonal downturn.

The growth continued at even more significant rates in September, where we reached a record number of 1214 clients.

The most important thing is that we have maintained a stable cost per client of 8.3€ over the past quarter. As a result, our client has seen an increase in per-client profitability from 73€ to 78€ from January until now, while simultaneously quadrupling their number of clients from 319 to 1214.

Essentially, this translates to profits increasing from 22,922€ per month to 94,692€ per month from January to September, a significant rise in the company’s balance sheet.
